1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Defective product received
Wrong product delivered

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

Change of mind
Product not matching home décor or size preference
Customer no longer needs the item

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To process any damage or defect claim, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

Complete opening of the package
Product condition upon opening
Clearly visible damage or defect

Note: Without an unboxing video, the request cannot be accepted.

3. Reporting Time Frame

All damage, defect, or wrong item issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be processed.

4. Return Process

The customer must share the unboxing video and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will verify the claim within 2–4 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide a replacement.
The product must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
The returned product is approved by our quality check team

Refund Mode:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Refund processing time is 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or made-to-order products
Products damaged due to customer handling
Used products or items without original packaging

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2–4 hours of placing the order, only if not shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
